About my songwriting
I started writing songs more than twenty years ago but have only been doing it seriously for the last ten years.
Writing songs is very difficult and to do it properly I need lots of peace and quite; I write my best songs when I am on holiday.

The Edinburgh Six Songwriters group
I work with a group of Edinburgh songwriters and we have recorded a showcase CD called Companions. Visit the Six Songwriters group web site.
